It`s been a while since my last post.

Hello
Well,as I said: it`s been a while since I last posted something on this blog. I got the latest digi collection, and I love this girl. I used her in a couple of my christmas projects.

I made this card for a SFTW challenge. Colored her in with some traditional christmas colors since I used some papers from Simple Stories. She is colored with my copics.

My next projcet is something I made for our Christmas calender in a private forum.
I used one of the small shadowboxes from TH, I just used the base. Painted it and used some mirror papers on the sides and the Christmas tree is also TH, lots of prima embellishments, and ofcourse this cutie.

Hope you like her. And by the way, this is just a couple of tips for using this collection. Just think outside the box and you can have a lot of fun.

Wish you all a Happy New year and hope you get a lot of wonderful things comming your way for
2013

Card Ideas - and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

How is the holiday progressing for you all? I hope you have managed to put your feet up a little, and not merely been slaves to the stove! You may even have managed a little crafting time with the other half slaving in the kitchen :-)
If you find yourself in the craft room, why not create a few cards? With our amazing download collection you will never be short of an fantastic eye catching centrepiece. I used an image from our latest "Whatever the Weather" collection for three cards recently. Because you colour them in yourself you can match the colours to your card; don't forget though that each image has a coloured version too, which is fab if you need a quick card.

The first card uses: Whatever The Weather Image - Prima Rosarian Paper - Green Pearls - Birthday Rub-On - Prima Roses - Corners cut with a Spellbinders Die - Basic Grey PB&J Pin.

The image ensures you don't need a lot on the front of your card, so very economical. And of course, because the image is printed, it is there for the next time you need it.

The next card uses the same image - Prima Zephyr paper - Prima roses - Liquid Pearls - Bo Bunny Lace - Prima Chipboard (big rose in the corner) - Prima Crystal Vintage Shapes Key - Basic Grey Brads - The keyhole is Creative Imaginations; it is part of a sale bundle we currently have on offer HERE (VALUE PACK 583888 ) - Happy Birthday Rub-On - Pink Sparkle Cord.

My last card again uses that adorable image from Whatever The Weather collection - Prima Paper - Happy Birthday Rub-Ons - Heart Crystals - The crystal corner is a Prima SONGBIRD Crystal border (53920) cut in two - present is a rub on then coloured - Prima rose (Sugar Bloom)- Prima Lace.

So, same girl, but totally different on each card.

We would love to see your creations, so if you have used this collection please do leave a link to your card in the comments below and we will pop by.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

We hope the new year brings you everything you could possibly wish for! See you in 2013!

Graphic 45

Graphic 45 recently released a new calendar line called "Place in Time". It is amazing and suitable for so many projects that it's a must have for your crafting box. There's a fabulous Place in Time Project tutorial by the G45 team on their blog HERE.

A previous release by G45 was the beautiful A Ladies Diary. I used elements from one of the sheets of paper called "Ageless Beauty" to make the following two cards:

The second card uses an image from the same sheet. The backing paper is Prima Zephyr (Paper pad), and the border strip is cut out from the reverse of the G45 Ageless Beauty sheet- Large Prima Rose - Prima Tea Thyme Chipboard - Kaisercraft Rub-On - Prima Crystal

So two simple but elegant cards, with more images for more cards from just one sheet of paper. If you haven't already, go check out the gorgeous Graphic 45 products, they are just amazing.
