Basic Grey Capture

 

The spotlight today is on one of the latest Basic Grey releases "Capture". This is a new venture for Basic Grey, responding to the need for a journalling range and deviating from their usual paper collections. The collection comprises binders and journals, along with a plethora of coordinating products, such as papers, themed embellishment packs, pocket assortments, sticky notes, tracing ruler, inserts, labels, tabs and more; it really is a complete solution. 

  

Here are some project examples from the Basic Grey team. They frequently use the other new collection from Basic Grey, Carte Postale, which we shall feature on our blog tomorrow.

Graphic 45

It is almost that time when crafty companies all over the world release their new collections. Here are two sneaky peeks from Graphic 45, their 2013 Christmas Line "12 Days of Christmas" and a lovely children inspired range "Mother Goose":

Graphic 45 is currently one of the most popular paper companies out there. Their vintage style is reminiscent of days gone by, and lend itself to some truly amazing projects.  The latest two collections: Steampunk Spells and Bohemian Bazaar are prime examples of the vintage inspired look that is essentially Graphic 45. Both the collections are in stock at Charmed Cards & Crafts, so pop over and check them out.

CHALLENGE TIME!!!

Helloooooo :) It's been so long since we last had a challenge, TOO long!! So I'll like to kick-start 2013 with a challenge for you. The theme is cards for teenagers, or older children. Here is what you can win this time:

Here are a couple of example cards I made for my teenage daughter. She loves roses etc and is quite an old fashioned kinda gal. I am limiting pictures on here so if you would like to see more pictures of these cards, you can see them on my own blog HERE; as well as links to products used from Charmed Cards & Crafts.

So let's see yours. The challenge is open until midnight 31st January, so you have plenty of time to get creating :-) You can use any image, or embellishment, there are no set rules, as long as the theme is followed.
